IWG has advised on PrePay Solutions’ lease of offices at Station Square, Swindon from the Amalgamated Berkshire Group. The transaction completed on 28 June 2013.
PrePay Solutions has taken a 10-year lease of 15,259 square feet of offices at the Swindon building in what is understood to be the largest office letting in Swindon for five years. The rent is undisclosed.
PrePay Solutions is Europe’s leading prepaid services provider, jointly owned by Edenred and MasterCard Worldwide.
