IWG were delighted to attend the famous annual “Boris Bike Challenge” organised and led by London and District Housing Ltd, which took place on Tuesday 26th June 2018. This was a charity bike race raising awareness for Myeloma UK, with a twist (and a few turns): four laps of the Regents Park orbital road, approximately 20 km in total, on a Santander Boris Bike.
The IWG team never troubled the race leaders, but were very pleased to win the award for best represented firm, which was a nice way of saying we had the largest number of riders: Nick Green, Joe Cowles, Tom Kemp and Alessandro Marrafino.
The highlight of the evening was the £2,000 raised for Myeloma UK, which was a testament to the fantastic efforts of London and District’s team, and those of the 30+ riders who participated.
