Vacancy – Secretary (Property Department)

We are looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary for our fast-paced and dynamic property department in a full time role based in the Firm’s office in WC1.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT and typing skills. The role will involve a high level of typing content as well as other core secretarial support. The role also requires involvement with client care so an eye for detail and accuracy is essential. Previous experience working with fee earners of a senior level in commercial and residential conveyancing departments is essential.

In addition to traditional cross-discipline secretarial skills the ideal candidate will also be competent in completing Land Registry forms and SDLT returns, carrying out searches as well as dealing with administrative tasks involved with the role, i.e. copying, filing, invoicing etc.
