Will Searle joined IWG in September 2020. Prior to joining Will worked in national and boutique firms in commercial and insolvency litigation departments.

Will advises insolvency practitioners and individuals on complex personal and corporate insolvency matters which has included recovery of foreign based assets, misfeasance and undervalue claims, income payment agreements and orders, sale and possession claims and bankruptcy annulment applications. Will also advises on general commercial litigation matters from pre-action through to trial and has acted on high value professional negligence and shareholder dispute actions.
