Michael’s experience covers disputes arising from all kinds of commercial situations and transactions, in all areas of business including banking, manufacturing, property development, professional services and claims against the NHS. Michael also has expertise in commercial agency based claims.

Michael represents clients in the High Court and the County Court, including the Commercial Court, the Companies Court and the Bankruptcy Court. Michael also regularly deals with alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

Michael also specialises in insolvency and business restructuring, acting for insolvency practitioners as well as companies and individuals in financial difficulty, or who are in disputes with administrators, liquidators or bankruptcy trustees.
