Maria joined in September 2023 as a Solicitor in the Property team and previously worked at Knights and other large firms in Central London and Surrey.

Dealing with all aspects of commercial property work, with a background in licensing, Maria has a particular interest in licensed property (restaurants, pubs, clubs and hotels).  She also deals with secured lending and property finance, development funding, and investment property (including buy to lets and HMOs). In addition, Maria advises on commercial leases of all types, as well as option, overage and wayleave agreements.

Maria also has extensive experience in residential property.

Clients include both landlords and tenants, lenders, investors and developers.
