David is one of the co-founders of IWG and heads the firm’s Litigation Department. David’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation. In recent years, he has been engaged in a numerous professional negligence disputes, shareholders actions, claims involving fraudulent conduct, improper payments, breach of duty and tracing in addition to many significant and wide ranging contractual disputes. David has gained a reputation for his no-nonsense and robust style of litigating while always striving to find a pragmatic resolution to the problem at large. Outside the office, David is a family man and a keen tennis player.
